This is Loctite QuickStix 248, a medium strength blue threadlocker in a wax-like stick, sold under part number 83-005. You twist it up and rub it onto the threads, so there is no liquid to spill or drip on the engine or hull. It is a general purpose threadlocker for nuts and bolts on Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda and Tigershark jet skis and PWC, and a good one to keep in the toolbox for any rebuild or repair.
