These are 7.48mm x 3.3mm valve adjustment shims from Hot Cams, sold as a pack of 5. They are used on a long list of Yamaha PWC and jet boats, including the EX, EX-R, FX, FX Cruiser, AR 210/230 and Jet Blaster, plus several Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki engines. Replace them when you reset valve clearance and need to change shim thickness to bring the gap back into spec.
