This is a tensioner gasket for Yamaha jet skis, matching OEM number 6S5-121E2-00-00. It fits a wide run of Yamaha PWC including the FX SHO, FX Cruiser HO, FX SVHO, VXR, VXS, GP1800, SX190, AR190 and the 212, 242 and 252 series boats. Replace it when you have the tensioner out of the engine and want a fresh seal going back on.
