This is a 5 pack of valve adjustment shims from Hot Cams, a replacement for Yamaha part number 3LD-12169-G0-00. They go in Yamaha 1800 and 1900 engine PWC, including the 190 FSH, 195, 212, 222, 242 and 252 families. You replace shims when a valve clearance check shows the gap is out of spec and the old shim has to be swapped for a different thickness.
